I’m jaclyn lanae, author, coach
My path into coaching wasn’t planned. Over the years, people began seeking me out—again and again—for perspective, emotional steadiness, and help navigating moments when their relationships or lives were breaking open.
What started as quiet conversations grew into a vocation rooted in deep listening, lived experience, and trust in each person’s inner knowing. Clients come to me during periods of confusion, rupture, or profound transition—when familiar ways of relating no longer work and the next step feels unclear. My role isn’t to offer answers or prescriptions, but to help create the conditions where their answers can emerge. Together, we slow things down, listen beneath the noise, and uncover what’s true for them.
My work is informed by a spiritual understanding of selfhood that remains grounded and practical. I believe relationships are among our most powerful teachers—not because they’re easy, but because they ask us to meet ourselves more honestly, especially when things are hard.
At its core, this work is about learning how to listen inward, tell the truth gently, and move forward without self-betrayal. It’s about staying connected to yourself while navigating love, conflict, and change—and choosing a path you can stand behind.
If you struggle with self confidence, feel unsatisfied in relationships, perpetually worry, agonize over decisions, feel unloved… you are actually looking for a deeper connection. To yourself; your soul-self.
